This is a Permobil Softball Joystick Knob, compatible with most Permobil electric wheelchair joysticks.  Easy to grasp with the entire palm, this soft attachment provides a user-experience far more accommodating to their needs. We are a certified Permobil dealer, and we can even install it for you!
